accesso Technology Group plc,Ā a leading technology provider, has announced it has entered into a strategic three-year partnership with the New York Botanical Garden.

accesso Technology Group plc. is pleased to announce it will be working with the New York Botanical Garden to integrate ticketing, eCommerce and global distribution systems, set to launch in autumn 2019. NYBG is a national historic landmark. The living museum welcomes over one million visitors per year.

NYBG and accesso have entered into a strategic three-year partnership. In the competitive New York market, both companies recognise the need to respond to ever-changing customer behaviours and trends. NYBG offers a large variety of products, such as general admission tickets, special events and a host of membership levels. It chose accesso to ensure that it would retain its competitive edge, through innovation and client-driven development.

A national historic landmark

Whether visitors choose to purchase tickets online or at the gate, the process is seamless.Ā  accesso’s solutions allow operators such as NYBG to gain insight into visitor patterns and behaviours. This information can be actioned to help drive revenue.

NYBG also plans to use accessoā€™s global distribution platform Ingresso. This will enable the attraction to expand its sales reach globally, through international channels such as Reserve with Google, Groupon, TripAdvisor and more. It will have the opportunity to connect to over one billion potential customers around the world. Thanks to Ingresso, NYBG will be able to connect with customers when and where they shop, through a single platform. It is optimized for quick, mobile-based purchasing decisions.

NYBG’s 250-acre site is a verdant landscape that supports over one million living plants. As well as featuring a huge diversity of tropical, temperate, and desert flora, it also programmes exhibition, events and celebrations.

accesso recently announced a partnership with the National WWII Museum in New Orleans. The company will provide a complete technology solution including hassle-free ticketing, guest metrics and opportunities to drive revenue.
