American Wave Machines, a leading wave pool, surf park, and wave technology company producing authentic surf experiences has announced an exclusive licensing agreement with JHSF Participacoes SA.
American Wave Machines, Inc. is pleased to have signed an agreement with JHSF Participacoes SA, a real estate company based in São Paulo, Brazil. This collaboration will start with two new PerfectSwell locations in São Paulo, set to open in November 2020.
JHSF works on the development, purchase, lease and sale of residential and commercial properties in Brazil. Previous projects include the construction and operation of shopping centres, hotels and tourist activities.
Bringing surf technology to Brazil
“JHSF is constantly innovating its real estate developments and the importance of surfing to Brazil cannot be overstated,” said Thiago Alonso, CEO of JHSF. “We are very proud of working hand-in-hand with AWM implementing PerfectSwell technology in Brazil.
“We intend to launch two projects with surf facilities over the coming quarters, resulting in greater waves for our clients. We will be able to specify any ride length, wave size, and pool footprint, with an aesthetic design for both recreational and competitive surfers.”
