The Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA) will host a series of seven presentations at the upcoming ISE event in Amsterdam.
Taking place from February 5 to 8, ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) is the world’s largest audiovisual and systems integration show. The AVIXA sessions will be staged on the event’s new main stage in hall 8 of the RAI exhibition centre. In addition to these presentations, the association will host a variety of in-depth conferences, FlashTracks sessions, networking events and more at ISE 2019.
“The main stage sessions are an excellent opportunity for us to engage with the AV community at ISE,” says AVIXA senior director of development for the EMEA region, Chris Lavelle. “We’ve put together an exciting programme with some excellent speakers. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from inspiring installations in stadium, hospitality, retail and other markets, as well as find out more about what AVIXA has to offer.”

Tuesday, February 5
Delivering the AV Technology for 007 ELEMENTS
(11:30am) Gavin Olivier and Kevin Murphy from Kraftwerk Living Technologies will explain how they brought the 007 franchise to life with audiovisual technology in this new cinematic James Bond-themed attraction in the Austrian alps.
Rising to the Vertical Challenge
(12:00) TRISON’s Ignacio Alonso will lift the lid on the integrator’s work across a broad range of projects from a host of sectors. Including retail, transportation, hospitality and corporate.
Tuesday, February 6
Build Your Workforce Toolkit
(10.30) Joseph Valerio from the AVIXA Foundation will look at how to tackle the industry’s hiring challenges, as well as explain how to generate excitement for AV careers. He will be joined by panel members Scott Doyle of Swinburne University of Technology, AV and IT sales manager Deborah Jones and Scott Leslie from Evidant.
Creating the Perfect Event Experience
(11:00) Amptown System Company’s Christoph Wegner will examine important factors to consider when installing event technology.
Thursday, February 7
Success with CTS
(10:00) Alex Sanfilippo from Kraftwerk Living Technologies will discuss his involvement with the association’s Certified Technology Specialist programme and how he feels this has benefited the organisation.
Raising the Bar with Standards
(10:00) AVIXA’s senior director of standards, Ann Brigida, and Jonathan Tulip from Venav Media, will highlight the impact of working to AVIXA standards in today’s projects.
Friday, February 8
What Lies Ahead for the Pro-AV Industry?
(11:00) AVIXA’s Sean Wargo and Brad Grimes will highlight the association’s market intelligence and future business opportunities and trends for the audiovisual industry.
