Meet Christie at ISE in Amsterdam

Global visual and audio technologies specialist Christie will have a strong presence at next week’s ISE 2019 in Amsterdam – both on and off the show floor.

In addition to the company’s stand (#1-H70), Christie partners and staff will be participating in a number of ISE events. Here’s where you can join them:

A Christie installation, This is Holland will be featured on an ISE 2019 tech tour on the day before the show. The flying theatre experience was winner of the Park World Excellence Award for Media-Based Attraction of 2018.

Christie is a headline sponsor of this Tuesday night event.

  • Panel Debate: Creating Immersive Experiences (Thursday, February 7, 12pm to 12.30pm)

Bryan Boehme, Christie’s executive director of global sales & business development for entertainment will be part of the panel for this debate presented by AV Magazine. Another panel member will be master projection designer Bart Kresa, whose new Sviatovid piece will make its world debut at ISE 2019.

  • Presentation: The Tallest Statue in the World – A Mapping Extravaganza (February 7, 1.30pm to 2.30pm)

Christie Partner, Pyramid Technologies has been associated with many major audiovisual projects in India. Working with German laser show producer HB-Laser, they used high brightness Christie Crimson WU25 3DLP laser projectors to animate the tallest statue in the world. Dedicated to visionary Indian statesman Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the 182m-high (597ft) Statue of Unity is located in Vadodara, Gujarat. Pyramid’s Ajay and Aarti Parwaney will reveal how 50 projectors were installed, aligned and mapped in less than five days to create the nightly spectacle.

ISE 2019 (Integrated Systems Europe) is the world’s largest audiovisual and systems integration show. It takes place at Amsterdam’s RAI exhibition centre from February 5 to 8. On the final day (Friday), blooloop will be hosting the half-day attractionsTECH conference.
