Experts in aquatic design, Cloward H2O, have completed work on a new splash pad at Waters Edge, in Vineyard, Utah.
The 14,000 sq ft splash pad features two areas. The first for younger children with nozzles, toys, and a shallow stream in the centre for the children to play in.
The second larger area is for bigger kids, with tipping buckets, water canons, a short gang slide and interactive features.
Cloward H2O designed the splash pad with families in mind. The younger splash area sits in a depressed basin with two steps down to allow parents to comfortably sit and get their feet wet whilst watching their children play.
The company have designed the aquatics system using sand filtration and chlorination to filter and recirculate the water and reduce waste. Ozone is also used for secondary disinfection to also reduce the use of chemicals by as much as 40%.

Cloward H2O has also announced a full Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) division to compliment its experienced aquatics design services, called Cloward Engineering Group.
The new division will be headed by Kenneth Nigbur, P.E, the new Managing Partner Principal. Nigbur holds 21 years of mechanical and plumbing engineering experience across industrial, commercial and residential projects.
