Embed works with Apex Entertainment to enhance the guest experience

Embed solutions at Apex Entertainment FEC

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, worked with Apex Entertainment on the opening of their third location in Albany, New York.

The new FEC location opened in November 2019 and features over 70 games in the arcade. It is designed to be an all-in-one location for dining and recreation. It provides plenty of entertainment for all the family to enjoy, from escape rooms to bowling. Managing an FEC of this size can prove challenging. Embed’s technology, however, integrates the business platform, making it easier to use for operators. Their technology also means that visitors at Apex Entertainment will experience seamless customer service.

“We believe that anything is possible and offer solutions to meet the wide-ranging needs of guests and operators alike. Embed is designed to deliver a superior guest experience and our solution is a completely integrated business platform that enables business owners to achieve greater operational efficiency while reducing costs and increasing their profitability” said Renee Welsh, CEO Solutions Group.

A growing partnership

Embed has worked with Apex Entertainment since the opening of their first location in Marlborough, Massachusetts. At the new Albany destination, Apex Entertainment have installed 100 smartTOUCH Tap Readers, 5 kiosks, and 2 PRIZES workstations.

As Joey Slawinski, Director of Operations at Apex Entertainment explains, a collaboration of this size is very important to the company. “We’ve worked with Embed since the beginning, and when we talk about Embed, it’s not just another vendor that we work with. It’s a partnership that we want to grow with and be able to have 10 more locations with. So far, we’ve seen great success in everything from A to Z.”

Embed recently worked with Round1 Grapevine to host children from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant Country in Texas. This non-profit organisation provides programmes to foster academic success and positive citizenship to more than 23,000 young people each year.
