Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, has installed its cashless solutions at Fun City’s 50th store location in Salalah, Oman.

Embed is pleased to announce that it has now installed its award-winning systems at the brand new Fun City in Oasis Mall. The mall is located in Salalah, the second-largest city in Oman, and is home to Fun City’s 50th store to be opened in the country.

For this project, the company provided 44 smartTOUCH readers, two point-of-sale SALES modules and two PRIZES modules. These solutions will allow Fun City to provide a streamlined and enjoyable experience for its visitors, while also simplifying business operations.

Fun City, which is owned by the Landmark Group, is a leading family entertainment brand with centres across Oman, UAE, Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait, and India. It provides fun activities for children from 1-12 years old and encourages learning through play with a range of active play options that focus on children’s growth and development.

Taking business to the next level

“Embed’s integrated solutions and services have been created to help our operators take their business to the next level. One of the benefits of our platform is that it’s modular, so if you are a business with multi-locations, you can have real-time visibility and control across your entire operation, counting on us to support you anytime, anywhere,” says Renee Welsh, CEO Solutions Group.

The company recently enjoyed a successful visit to IAAPA Expo in Orlando, Florida, where it showcased its new range of RFID wearables, as well as the innovative Mobile Wallet virtual game card which is a first for the industry.

Earlier this year, Embed also announced that it had signed an exclusive three-year partnership with Shaffer Entertainment, in order to bring its cashless technology to more coin-operated facilities in America.
