Powersoft, the Italian amplifier specialist, has announced a major update to its best-in-class audio system management software, ArmoníaPlus, ahead of NAMM 2020.
Powersoft is pleased to reveal details of the update to its audio system management software ArmoníaPlus, which attendees will be able to see for themselves at the 2020 NAMM Show, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, from 16 – 19 January.
The new HealthPlus update streamlines real-time device monitoring and measurement, ensuring users benefit from maximum performance.
HealthPlus
Powersoft has replaced the ‘Events’ tab in ArmoníaPlus with HealthPlus. This provides sound engineers with a simple monitoring environment, giving an overview of all the elements. The update will lead to improved communication, control and reporting, meaning that operators can enjoy a top-quality performance. HealthPlus is now available for ArmoníaPlus users.
The update features a new display, where sound engineers are able to easily access the full complement of system diagnostic controls. This allows them to check the health of the sound system in real-time and can be used both with a touring PA and in a fixed installation.
A streamlined system
As well as monitoring power amplifiers, speakers and other connected devices, the system can also provide insights into the overall health of the system, measuring factors like headroom, temperature, voltage and impedance. It will even alert operators if elements malfunction.
HealthPlus also comes with an Event History tool, where users can track uploaded programmes, logins and get an overview of any long-term system issues. In addition to this, it also features an improved reporting system, enabling engineers to track multiple indicators over time, for more detailed system monitoring.
“We’ve designed ArmoníaPlus to be efficient and streamlined for effective use under any working conditions,” says Powersoft U.S. Application Engineer Rick Woida. “With the new HealthPlus tab, engineers now have easier access to a peerless set of tools for system management, ensuring long-time health of any system and the ability to quickly diagnose and fix any potential problems better than ever before.”
At InfoComm 2019 in Orlando, Powersoft unveiled a new amplifier platform, Mezzo, designed specifically for the AV/IT market. It features eight amplifier models, each offering different power and connectivity options.
