ProSlide announces key executive promotions

ProSlide Technology, a global leader in water ride manufacturing and design, has announced new executive appointments in order to enhance its company structure and further optimize global operations.

ProslideProSlide is pleased to announce that Dave Rozon has been appointed President, in addition to his current role as Chief Operating Officer. Rozon has been leading global operations since 2011 and has a strong track record in strategy implementation, team performance and operational excellence.

“Dave will continue to rally the ProSlide team around our strategic vision, strengthening ProSlide on both a cultural and commercial level,” says Rick Hunter, Chairman and CEO of ProSlide “Our dedication to our valued clients is second-to-none and we’re building a stronger team to better serve them. Dave, myself and the executive team will continue to champion this core value moving forward.”

Strategic appointments and global growth

ProslideProSlide has also announced the appointment of  Ray Smegal as Chief Commercial Officer. Smegal previously served as the company’s Vice President of Product Development and Design. He has played a key role in product development, ride design, sales and customer service for over 12 years. In his new role, Smegal will continue to work closely with Hunter. His skills will help the company to build upon its legacy of water ride innovation and as well as communicating the brand and its message to the global market.

“Ray will help envision and develop the next generation of award-winning water attractions powered by unrivalled innovation while driving global sales and marketing initiatives that share our story as it evolves,” says Hunter. “We have some of the very best thought leaders in the industry. With these new appointments, we’re more equipped than ever to supply the world’s best water parks with more innovative ProSlide rides that are true differentiators.”

ProSlide recently installed its ProSlide WAVE at Australia’s Funfields waterpark. The WAVE features eight pre-programmed wave patterns, giving defined, predictable and turbulence-free waves of up to one metre high.

The company will also be heading to IAAPA Expo Asia 2019 in Shanghai from the 12th – 14th June and can be found at booth #W1-1402.
