Scene75 opening FEC in Columbus with dark ride, coaster and escape rooms

Scene75 is opening soon in Columbus with laser tag, arcade games, escape rooms and more. Scene75 Columbus will be one of the largest family entertainment centers in the US.

The attraction will boast more than 215 arcade games, laser tag, go-karting, blacklight mini-golf, inflatables, 4D motion simulators, and a spinning coaster – the first at a Scene75.

At 220,000 square feet, Scene75 Columbus will also house bounce inflatables, three escape rooms, archery tag, and an esports arena for gaming tournaments.

  • ‘Spin Zone’ – bumper cars with light and music effects
  • Bouncing inflatable park boasting inflatable slides and obstacle courses
  • Blacklight mini golf
  • ‘The Vault & Gold Mine’ – laser tag
  • Indoor go-karts
  • Arcade with more than 215 games
  • XD dark ride in 7D theater taking guests to immersive and interactive worlds
  • ‘Toxic Meltdown’ inflatable course where ‘inflatables meet ninja warriors’
  • ‘Time Freak’ – challenging players in a race against time
  • 35-foot-tall ‘Drop Tower’
  • ‘Nuclear Rush Coaster’ – a spinning coaster

The $15 million attraction, located at the former Macy’s at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing, will also boast various F&B, including a full-service restaurant and three bars.

There will be a magic-themed dining area, a ‘Fire and Ice’ restaurant, and a banquet area that can host at least 550 people.

Scene75 has been busy expanding around North America, with the latest $10 million FEC opening in Edgewood, Pennsylvania.

Jonah Sandler, CEO of Scene75, previously said: “We hope and plan to be able to build on this growth and become a brand that is known across the country.

“However, we’re very wary of expanding too quickly and losing the meaning of the brand and the amazing entertainment experience that has gotten us to where we are today.”
