G4 Complete Entertainment (G4CE) is a new premium family entertainment brand in the US. Its first location has just opened in Clearfield, Utah. Making the facility tick is the Parafait Venue Management platform from Semnox Systems.
The 100,000+ square feet entertainment space features multi-level laser tag, 10 lanes of premium bowling, go-karts, black light mini-golf, toddler bounce areas, virtual reality bays, simulators and arcade games. After working up an appetite, G4CE guests can build their own pizza or enjoy other satisfying treats in the restaurant.
With Parafait, the venue has implemented several functions:
- Point-Of-Sale (POS)
- Self-service kiosks
- RFID tap-to-play debit card systems
- Redemption and inventory management
- Loyalty management
Cloud-based management and reporting, party reservation and several other online functions are also planned.
All-in-one system

G4CE is one of two new FECs that have opened in Clearfield in the past month. Just a few blocks away, Urban Air Adventure Park debuted on December 22. G4 Complete Entertainment is to launch its next outlet in Warren, Michigan, in early spring.
