Semnox Solutions has implemented a Playsafe cashless payment system in the new Treasure Chest amusement arcade in Newport, South Wales.
Located inside the premises of Newport’s Energi Trampoline Park, this is the first of the multiple FEC locations that the company plans to launch across UK. The Treasure Chest features over 60 arcade machines, a Playsafe self-service kiosk, point-of-sale, redemption counter and integrated ticket eater system.
“Choosing the right cashless solution was one of the highly critical aspects for us before opening a FEC,” say Treasure Chest owners Jason Jeffreys and Karl Fleming. “It’s been a great experience with Playsafe and Semnox. We are very delighted by the way the entire solution was implemented and in such short notice.”
“Congratulations to The Treasure Chest on the successful launch of their first FEC in UK,” says Semnox client manager, Vinayaka Kamath. “We are looking forward to a long-term association with the team as they expand. We are extremely delighted to add them to our growing list of esteemed clients in the European market.”
According to Playsafe Systems managing director Nick Veitch, the cashless system implemented in Newport is “efficient, secure, ideal for marketing, customer loyalty and player rewards. The project was a pleasure to be involved in.”
