WhiteWater Southeast Asia (WW-SEA) is making significant headway in the ASEAN region with waterpark services agreements signed in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines and Bahrain.

The expansion is surprisingly rapid given that parent company, WhiteWater West Industries Ltd. (WWI), only established an office in Bangkok at the end of last year.

WhiteWater Southeast Asia celebrates rapid expansion throughout the ASEAN regionWW-SEA CEO, Chris Perry, said the company was delighted to establish itself so quickly in the region:

“We are working on, what will be, world-class waterparks, with well-established partners and are excited to share the details when the time is right,” he added.

“We see enormous development opportunities across Southeast Asia and the regions that sit close by. It is an exciting time for our industry here!”

WW-SEA is a new offering from the leading water and theme park attraction manufacturer, in partnership with the Thai Hospitality Company, Vana Nava Company Limited, owners of Vana Nava Water Jungle in Hua Hin, Thailand.

The intention is to provide support and guidance to clients in Southeast Asia keen to develop and operate waterparks. As the region continues to experience rapid growth in the leisure and tourism sector, interest in aquatic facilities is also on the rise. WW-SEA’s team of industry experts delivers a concept-to-operation integrated services solution designed to make the whole development process as painless as possible.

The company offers all the traditional services of WWI: Concept Design, Schematic Design, and the full portfolio of award-winning waterslides, attractions, rivers, surf pools, FlowRiders, and children’s interactive water play. Additionallly, clients can tap into Operational Consulting, Market Research, Feasibility & Viability, Technical and Operational Services, Pre-Opening Services, and Operational Management.

Meet the WW-SEA team at the IAAPA Asian Attractions Expo in Singapore, June 14-16 in Booth #L521. Chris Perry will be presenting an educational session at the Expo, entitled, “PLAY as the Universal Language of our Business” on June 14th from 11:30am – 12:30pm.
