KN Paradise integrate resort Vietnam

KN Cam Ranh Company Ltd is developing a new integrated resort (IR) called KN Paradise in the Khanh Hoa Province of Vietnam. The company has issued a call for investment partners.

According to Inside Asian Gaming, KN Cam Ranh Company Limited has announced plans to develop a series of partnerships to invest in and operate KN Paradise.

This comes after the Vietnamese government issued an investment certificate allowing KN Cam Ranh Company Limited to develop a large-scale casino complex.

KN Paradise will span more than 800 hectares of land, with five kilometres of beachfront. It will be located close to the Cam Ranh International Airport and Nha Trang City.

The masterplan includes a water park, theme park, casino complex, award-winning golf course, hotels, luxury resorts, and retail.

It will also house a luxury marina, union square, and beach clubs, as well as various residences such as apartments, villas, mansions and townhouses.

The golf course, called KN Golf Links, opened in October 2018. The casino complex will cover 16.2 hectares and will reportedly operate 200 gaming tables and 2,000 electronic gaming machines.

KN Cam Ranh Company Limited said in a statement: “It is with great enthusiasm that we are adequately ready to cooperate with the international casino gaming operators for the development and operation of our integrated resort in Cam Ranh.

Elsewhere, Genting Singapore and Galaxy Entertainment have exited the race to develop a theme park and IR in Osaka, Japan. The last competitor standing is MGM Resorts.

Osaka is a leading candidate for one of the three IR licenses available in the first phase, alongside Yokohama and Tomakomai.
