Leading technology solutions provider to the leisure, entertainment and cultural sectors, accesso Technology Group plc, is providing its innovative ticketing and point-of-sale platform to Experiencias Xcaret in Mexico.
Experiencias Xcaret promotes sustainable tourism, operating parks, tours and attractions in Cancún and on the Mayan Riviera.
The company has selected the accesso Siriusware solution to simplify operations and streamline guest transactions across its range of offerings. accesso’s technology will be fully integrated and linked across more than 400 workstations at the Xcaret properties.
The accesso Siriusware technology includes on-site ticketing, eCommerce, point-of-sale and guest management software. Experiencias Xcaret will leverage a selection of modules such as retail, food and beverage, access control, rentals, reservations and gift cards.
With the largest private bus system in Mexico, the operator will also use the software to coordinate and schedule transportation between its various sites.
Guests will simply select an experience and the system will do the rest, ensuring transport is on hand to take them to the destination of their choice, such as the underground caves at Xplor or the natural aquariums at Xel-Há.
