Entertainment & Leisure MENA 2027 will take place from 18–20 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, UAE. Formerly known as DEAL Dubai, the event has been rebranded as Entertainment & Leisure MENA as it broadens its focus to reflect the changing entertainment landscape across the region and beyond. The organiser positions it as a platform connecting suppliers, operators, developers and investors building indoor and outdoor entertainment destinations across the Middle East, India and Africa.
A platform for the evolving attractions market
The event spans a wide range of sectors relevant to the attractions and leisure industry. According to the organiser, these include rides and mechanical attractions, waterparks and aquatic attractions, gaming and esports, immersive and interactive experiences, and venue technology and smart systems. The show is designed to reflect how entertainment destinations are evolving, with attractions increasingly combining rides, digital gaming, immersive storytelling, branded environments and technology-led guest experiences.
Entertainment & Leisure MENA also builds on the legacy of DEAL Dubai, which has served the regional amusement and attractions sector for more than three decades. The 2027 edition positions itself as a meeting point for businesses looking to reach operators, destination planners, family entertainment centre developers, tourism stakeholders and entertainment investors working across a number of high-growth markets.
Focus on regional growth and business development
A key part of the event’s proposition is its regional reach. The organiser highlights Dubai’s role as a hub connecting the GCC, India and Africa, with the show intended to support business development across these markets. That makes it relevant not only for established attractions suppliers, but also for companies working in gaming, immersive entertainment, IP-driven experiences, venue systems and leisure infrastructure.
For exhibitors and visitors alike, Entertainment & Leisure MENA aims to provide a forum for networking, supplier discovery and commercial partnerships across the broader entertainment ecosystem. As the show continues under its new branding, the 2027 edition is set to highlight the technologies, attractions and concepts shaping the future of leisure destinations in the region.
