SenSource Inc., a creator of people counting hardware and reporting software, will be present at the American Alliance of Museums‘ Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo 2021. As a result of the global pandemic, this year’s event is taking place virtually, on 24 May and then from 7 – 9 June.
The SenSource team will be hosting its own virtual booth at MuseumExpo, where they will be showcasing the company’s people counting and analytics solutions and highlighting how leading museums are using its technology to manage foot traffic and capacity. Attendees will be able to view videos and live demonstrations, as well as accessing downloadable resources.
Capturing valuable data for musuems
SenSource has a long history of working with museums. Its solutions capture foot traffic data to help venues monitor facility usage and then report on that usage to support funding and expansion requests. It also allows operators to discover which exhibits are visited the most.
The company’s highly accurate VID-X sensors can be discreetly installed in many different locations, so as not to impact the museum’s aesthetic appearance.
Join the SenSource team on the first day of #AAM2021 where they will be hosting several roundtable discussions. Dan Aluise, General Manager, will also be hosting two live demonstrations. The complete SenSource timetable is available here.
SenSource has been providing people counting solutions to the visitor attractions industry since 2002. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, it pivoted to create a new people counting solution that aims to help the industry reopen safely. Last year, the SenSource team spoke to blooloop about its innovative new product, the SafeSpace Occupancy Monitoring Solution, as well as talking about the company’s journey so far.
SenSource also recently announced the creation of the SenSource Mask Detection System, to help attractions monitor entrances and enforce face-covering rules in the wake of COVID-19.
