7thSense Design,Ā the multi-award-winning media solutions specialist, has promoted Jack Dowd to the position of Product Manager for its Delta Media Server range.

7th Sense is pleased to announce that Jack Dowd is continuing his career progression with the company, after joining as a Systems Engineer in the production department in 2013 and being promoted to the role of Technical Sales and Systems Engineer 2019. Here, he was a key member of the company’s sales team, providing technical support to customers, as well as the commissioning of systems on-site.

ā€œJackā€™s promotion is incredibly well-deserved, and a reflection of his vast understanding of, and contribution to, our Delta Media Server line of products,ā€ says Richard Brown, 7thSense CTO.

ā€œJack has been instrumental in the development of new product features over the years, ensuring that our customers always receive the highest standard of service and support. We look forward to the next chapter with him as a new member of our expanding product management team.ā€

A new chapter

Since joining the company, Dowd has been an active and valued member of the team, helping to design and delivery several high-profile museum and theme park projects around the world.Ā Last year, he was recognised for his contribution to the Museum of the Bibleā€™s Hebrew Experience ā€“ a project that was presented with a Thea Award for Outstanding Achievement.

Talking about his new role, Dowd says, ā€œThis is a hugely exciting time for the company as we prepare for a new chapter of expansion and product development. Delta Media Server has a global reputation as a leading technology of its kind, and I look forward to being on the front line as we introduce new features, product variations, hardware specifications and much more to our customers.ā€

Earlier this year, 7thSense Design announced that it hadĀ renewed its partnership with the Beijing-based AV solutions provider Wincomn Technology, during its visit to ISE 2020.
