accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider, has produced a free e-book to help the attractions industry adapt to a post-pandemic world.

accesso has announced the release of a step-by-step e-book to help theme park and attractions operators navigate the challenges presented by the global pandemic. It has been a difficult year for the industry and one which has seen operators increasingly seeking new ways to provide a memorable guest experience and generate revenue, while also keeping staff and visitors safe.

To support the industry as it recovers, accesso’s free new e-book will help attractions to prioritise a quality guest experience going forward, while also making sure that safety is paramount.

The right solutions for recovery

accesso Passport MobileThere is a demand for thrills and excitement in the wake of the pandemic, but there are also many new considerations that visitors will be taking into account before returning to theme parks and attractions. The most important one for operators to take action on is guest safety.

A recent study shows that consumers’ main concern is venue cleanliness and sanitation. In order to regain the trust and loyalty of guests, operators must have the right solutions in place to help keep guests safe. Furthermore, they must also communicate these plans and protocols to the public, to let them know that their safety is being put first.

This new e-book from accesso takes attractions through the process of shifting operations to a safety-first mindset, highlighting the importance of using technologies like virtual queuing, mobile F&B, contactless guest interactions and much more.

“This year has presented challenges unlike our industry has ever seen, but history has proven that we can and will get through this together, and we are honoured to have the opportunity to share our insights with operators in need of essential, informative resources,” says Steve Brown, accesso CEO.

Earlier this year, accesso also announced that it has been chosen to provide ticketing and distribution solutions for Floriade Expo 2020 in Almere, near Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
