Observation cabins provide 360-degree views of Dubai, while social cabins feature drinks and entertainment. Private cabins are ideal for events such as birthdays and engagements.

“Dubai continues to be a leader in the travel and tourism sector, with a reputation for delivering pioneering projects and landmarks,” said Mohamed Sharaf, chief operating officer of Dubai Holding.

“Ain Dubai is a testament to one of the many innovative initiatives developed by Dubai to further enhance its competitiveness as a key international tourism destination in continuation of Dubai’s drive to achieve new global heights.

Ain Dubai is located at Meraas’ Bluewaters Island. It is opening to coincide with the launch of Expo 2020 Dubai, which runs from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

Currently, the world’s tallest observation wheel is the High Roller in Las Vegas, which has a height of 167 metres. The second tallest is the London Eye, with a height of 135 metres.

“We can’t think of a better time to open this unique and celebratory asset than during the UAE’s ‘Year of the 50th’,” Sharaf added.
