In his new role, Harkless liases between clients and engineers to develop the most appropriate and creatively innovative technology solutions.

Harkless has been at the heart of the themed entertainment industry for over 16 years. He is experienced in product development, system commissioning, client training, marketing and sales. Scott Harkless joined Alcorn McBride as an engineer 15 years ago. Prior to that, he spent three years as an Electronic Technician and Engineering Associate with COSI (Centre of Science & Industry) and COSI Studio in Columbus.
āScott will continue to have a lot of responsibility for coordinating sales and support staff. But, heāll be spending more time on his true love of conceiving new products that conform to customersā needs,ā adds Alcorn.
