American Wave Machines, a leading wave pool, surf park and wave technology company, has joined forces with licensed partner JHSF to bring PerfectSwell technology to the Boa Vista Village Project in Brazil.
American Wave Machines is pleased to announce that its PerfectSwell surf technology will be used in the new 370-acre Boa Vista Village Project near São Paulo in Brazil. The location will feature a range of high-quality homes and hotels, alongside golf facilities and other future developments.
The surf pool created at Boa Vista Village will be almost twice as big as the company’s Perfect Swell venue in Waco, Texas. The first phase will include the construction of The Surf Lodge Hotel and The Surf Lodge Residences, designed by Sig Bargamin and Pablo Slemenson.
Sustainable living
The location will include an 18 hole golf course designed by Rees Jones, as well as tennis facilities fit for international tournaments. In addition, the project has a particular focus on sustainability and technology, and the project features plans for organic farming and food production.

American Wave Machines also recently announced a project with Flatwater Companies in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The LAKE will offer world-class surfing alongside retail and entertainment facilities.
