Attractions.io powers digital signage at Paultons Park

Attractions.io, leading creator of mobile visitor apps, now provide a fully integrated package of wait time solutions to family favourite destination, Paultons Park. The attraction adopted Attractions.io’s wait time management solution last year, and are now also using the company’s digital signage along with the mobile app to give guests clear and useful live wait time information.

The popular UK theme park, Paultons Park, is now enjoying an end-to-end software experience to monitor and report wait times. Park visitors are able to get up-to-date information about ride wait times in the palm of their hand, thanks to the integrated mobile app. New digital signage around the attraction also displays accurate wait time information.

The wait time management system by Attractions.io tracks wait times either by manual entries from ride staff or through automatic updates using iBeacon technology. The software keeps a full history of ride wait times, as well as logging downtime durations and reasons. Attractions can make use of real-time alerts about downtime incidents. The software integrates seamlessly with both the mobile app and on-site digital signage, meaning that live wait time information is widely available for visitors throughout the site, as well as in the palm of their hand.

Up-to-date wait time monitoring and management

The software also provides reporting and data exports. Attractions can use it to explore topics such as the link between guest satisfaction and wait times; if weather affects wait time; and what are the usual downtime periods and reasons for each ride.
