Attractions.io, a leading creator of mobile visitor apps,  has partnered with Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure in Norfolk, UK, to provide a new app for guests.

Attractions.io and Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure, a popular family-owned adventure park covering 85 acres, are working together on a new visitor app to improve and future-proof the guest experience. The app will provide an easy to use, guest-facing interface, allowing the park to use technology to add value to their guests’ day out.

It will feature a digital wallet with integrated ticketing on arrival, as well as wayfinding, messaging, mobile food ordering capabilities and more. The digital ticketing will mean access is streamlined, and wayfinding will make it easy to guests to find their way around once inside the park.

In addition to this, in-app messaging will mean that the park is able to communicate with visitors before, during and after their visit, keeping them engaged and showcasing special offers, ticket upgrades and more.

Improved guest experiences

With the option to order food on their smartphone, visitors will be able to plan their day, browsing the options and ordering food at any time from any outlet on site and collecting when ready. Along with contactless payment functionality, this minimises contact with staff as well as leading to less time spent in queues, for a safe and fun day out.

“We are committed to delivering ongoing guest experience improvements, and as we move to an increasingly digitised future, we see a major opportunity to engage our visitors with a powerful app that will enhance their visit to the park,” says Adam Goymour, Park Manager at Roarr!

“Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure saw the opportunity that a branded digital experience could provide in helping them enhance the guest experience,” says Jacob Thompson, Business Development at Attractions.io. “It’s a pleasure to be joining them on this journey and I’m excited to see this partnership flourish.”

“Technology is becoming a more integral part of all attraction brands. By seamlessly integrating digital with the physical experience, the app will provide Roarr! with an ideal vehicle to create an engaging end to end digital journey”

Attractions.io also recently announced that it has partnered with Camel Creek in Cornwall, UK, to create a new visitor app, in order to reduce close contact and enable the park to follow social distancing guidelines.
