Digital Transformation Webinar

Attractions.io, a leading creator of mobile visitor apps, has launched a new webinar on how operators can use technology to improve the guest experience.

Attractions.io is pleased to announce that it has created a new webinar, exploring how to improve the visitor experience using technology. This has been a difficult year for the attractions industry, which has brought home for many operators the need to modernise their experiences and embrace the benefits of new technology. Doing so will give attractions a chance to return stronger than ever in 2021.

Technology and the visitor experience

The recent blooloop V-Expo featured insights on a wide range of topics from several industry experts and one key theme mentioned throughout was the need to integrate technology into the visitor experience. Now, Attractions.io has launched a new webinar which provides practical guidance on how to do so effectively.

This new webinar, delivered by Attractions.io Founder and CEO Mark Locker, shows how to map the guest journey and integrate digital to remove frustrations, fill gaps and enhance the experience. It is available on-demand here.

Attractions.io delivers mobile experiences for both guests and operators, working with many leading visitor attractions around the globe. For example, Alton Towers, Legoland and Twycross Zoo.

This 30-minute long webinar shows how technology can be used to deliver the seamless, personalised digital experiences that guests increasingly expect, illustrating why moving to new technology will help visitor attractions to drive results and revenue as they recover from the impact of COVID-19.

Attractions.io also recently announced that it has partnered with Camel Creek in Cornwall, UK, to create a new visitor app. This has been designed to improve the guest experience, reduce close contact and enable the park to follow social distancing guidelines.

During the summer, the company also produced a new report, exploring the changing needs and expectations of guests following the global pandemic.
