Zurich’s World Football Museum Lost £24m in First Year

After just 9 months, the  new World Football Museum based in the heart of Zurich has recorded a loss of CHF30 million (£24.5 million),  putting its existence in doubt.

The CHF140 million (£114 million)  museum tells the story of “the beautiful game” via merchandise, memorabilia and a collection of genuine artefacts.
