Cedar Fair Hires Corporate Vice President General-Counsel

Cedar Fair, a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment,  has announced the hiring of Duffield Milkie to the newly created position of Corporate Vice President-General Counsel.

Milkie, 42, joins Cedar Fair after serving as a partner in the law firm of Wickens, Herzer, Panza, Cook & Batista, Sandusky, Ohio, for the past 10 years.

“I’m very pleased to announce the hiring of Duff Milkie as our new in-house general counsel, ” said Dick Kinzel, chairman, president and chief executive officer.  “With the complexities of our continually growing company, the need for in-house legal expertise within our corporate team has never been greater.  I’m confident that Duff has the experience, skills and desire to meet the demands of his new position.”
