Projectors supplied by leading AV solutions company, Christie Digital, are bringing 500 years of Sikh history and culture to life at India’s Virasat-e-Khalsa (Khalsa Heritage Complex).
A total of 40 Christie M and G Series projectors provide large screen curved projections, projection mapping on exhibits and multimedia shows in various galleries throughout the building’s two complexes.

Designed by internationally-acclaimed architect Moshe Safdie, Virasat-e-Khalsa is a repository of the rich heritage of the ‘Khalsa’ (the collective body of all initiated Sikhs) and is located on either side of a ravine, joined by a ceremonial bridge.
"With the extraordinary historical, emotive, spiritual, cultural content available, we decided to make it a dynamic, storytelling museum, ” said Amardeep Behl, Managing Director of experiential design firm, Designhabit.
“We carefully integrated the Christie projectors into the exhibits and complemented them with meticulously designed art and composed music to create an emotional impact and immersive experience. I’m confident that visitors will be enchanted.”
Designhabit, a leading design house based in New Delhi, has worked with Christie on several iconic projects across India, including the DS Group Corporate Museum in Noida and the Fountain of Oneness at Nirankari Sarovar Complex in Delhi.
