Clip ‘n Climb, an international leader in the fun climbing market, has released a survey for FEC guests, tracking opinions on safety measures and precautions.
Clip ‘n Climb is pleased to announce this initiative to help the industry navigate the COVID-19 crisis. The survey will be available for FEC guests across the globe and will help to build a picture of visitor attitudes towards health and safety procedures following the pandemic.
“In this survey, we have suggested feasible solutions,” says a statement from the company. “We want to test what is acceptable for our loved guests. The results will be shared with owners and operators to support them in the reopening process and help them to make decisions.”
Collecting real-time data
FECs and other attractions have been forced to close their doors in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus and protect the public and employees. Now, many are making plans to reopen, but there are many factors to consider in this process, from legal requirements to how to make the guest feel safe and welcome.
Collecting real-time data on how guests feel about potential changes and extra safety measures will help operators to plan for a smooth and safe reopening.
Clip n’ Climb is inviting operators to share the survey with their customers. This can be done by copying and pasting this link, and writing a post on their social media channels (such as Twitter, Facebook or Instagram) to engage their community. FECs can also send an email to their partners, asking them to share it to their customers too.
Last month, Clip ‘n Climb announced a new capsule range called Prima, which is available for venues around the world and features mix and match components. It allows FECs, indoor activity centres and climbing gyms to add new features and maximise space.
