A modern water park

Aquatopia Vietnam Sun GroupAquatopia is owned by Sun Group, Vietnam’s leading developer of theme parks and entertainment resorts. The eight-hectare attraction has been called the most modern water park in Southeast Asia. It is designed to entertain guests of all ages and is home to more than 20 exciting rides and games, provided by ProSlide and WhiteWater.

The water park includes a separate kids area where younger visitors can enjoy colourful slides and games. Meanwhile, older guests can enjoy several water rides while visiting the park, including the country’s first water coaster, Sea Dragon.

Cloward H2O provided the engineering design for five of the park’s slide complexes, including water treatment, pumping for the slides, and the pool designs. The company works on projects across the globe and is able to combine its leading-edge design expertise with local technologies, materials and abilities.

This meant that Cloward H2O was equal to the challenge of working with local suppliers, designers and contractors and having to adapt to their knowledge base and customary methods.

The company also recently announced that Tidal Cove Waterpark at the JW Marriot Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa was voted as one of the top 10 new attractions in America, according to USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice 2020 Travel Awards. Cloward H2O worked alongside EDSA and WhiteWater on this project.
