Colliers Provide Destination Consulting Advice for The Wave Artificial Surfing Lake

Colliers International Destination Consulting team have provided advice for a new artificial surfing attraction near Bristol, UK.

The Wave will be a unique in-land surfing attraction using Wavegarden® by Instant Sport in Spain, to create a surf experience for all abilities.  The attraction, based at Washingpool Farm in Easter Compton near Bristol, will have a freshwater surfing lagoon as the focal point but will also include educational and nature elements.

Colliers International, global property advisors, have provided market, financial and operational feasibility advice for the project via their specialist Destination Consulting team. The Wave has recently reached a key milestone with the news that the project has been granted planning permission.
