Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, will present an industry webinar looking at how attractions can utilise technology to generate efficiencies next week.

The company will be presenting an IAAPA Education Webcast on Wednesday 22 February at 1 pm EST entitled ā€œInnovating Attractions Technology with Self-Serviceā€.

Attendees will gain knowledge on the rise of self-service technology, best practices from various sectors, and how to successfully deploy self-service technology.

Connect&GO’s systems are utilised by venues worldwide to integrate eCommerce, point-of-sale, food and beverage, RFID access control, and cashless payments via a Virtual Wallet, through Konnect, its all-in-one attractions management platform.

Connect&GO SVP Sales and Marketing Tara Morandi says: ā€œWe are all in the business of creating exceptional experiences for guests. Happy memories donā€™t come from standing in lines. Self-service technology can help your team increase guest satisfaction while reducing day-to-day frustrations that your staff experiences.ā€

Leveraging self-service benefits

Connect&GO, which is currently celebrating a decade of innovation, will be joined by representatives from Olea Kiosks and Alvarado (part of dormakaba Group), both leading organisations in their respective fields of self-service for kiosks and access control.

Morandi will be joined by Olea Kiosks CEO Frank Olea and Alvarado Manufacturing’s global business owner Brian McNeill as they explore how attraction operators can leverage self-service technology in both 2023 and the following years.

ā€œIn the past, self-service technology was a ā€˜nice to haveā€™ and now it is a must-have – it has become the norm and expectation of guests. They are typically more surprised when businesses do not have it implemented,ā€ adds McNeill.

Connect&GO has also launched a new Self-Service Kiosk webpage, providing further information on the benefits of adding kiosks, ahead of the session. More information on the IAAPA Education Webcast, including booking details, can be found on the IAAPA website.

Connect&GO has recently provided its award-winning Konnect platform to Wild Water Adventure Park, a 52-acre water park venue in central California.
