Dermot Quinn Digital Projection

Digital Projection, a specialist in LED laser projectors, is hosting an exclusive online Q&A session on the latest developments in projector technology.

Digital Projection is pleased to announce two online Q&A sessions, hosted by its Chief Technology Officer and COO, Dermot Quinn. Due to the cancellation of InfoComm 2020, the company is turning to digital solution s to keep customers up to date with cutting-edge developments in projector technology.

Quinn has been a key part of all of the company’s major products throughout the last 24 years and will be on hand to answer questions live, using his expertise to provide a glimpse at the future of Digital Projection and projection technology.

Two online sessions

The company will be holding two online Q&A sessions in April, giving an inside look at new technology such as High Frame Rate Displays and Multi-viewer 3D Imaging and Display Modularity with RGB Laser Projectors.

Part one, High-Frame-Rate Projection and Multi-Viewer 3D, will take place on Tuesday 21 April at 4 pm GMT. In this session, Quinn will look at all aspects of High Frame Rate, as well as exploring Digital Projection’s Multi-View 3D Projection System. This is a single projector, with ultra-fast frame rates. It accommodates several viewers, each being tracked and each having a view of the image that remains appropriate to their changing position.

Then part two, Modularity and RGB Laser Projectors, will take place on Thursday 23 April at 4 pm GMT. This will examine the simple building blocks of Digital Projection’s new Satellite Modular Laser System (Satellite MLS). Satellite MLS allows users to custom design small footprint yet powerful displays while providing integrators with ultimate installation flexibility, particularly where space and access are restricted.

To register for these sessions, click here for part one, and here for part two. You will be asked to provide some details and any questions that you would like to submit.

Digital Projection also recently announced that it had been chosen to provide a projector upgrade for the Kuwait Habitat Museum.
