Disney Channel Fan Fest expands to Walt Disney World in 2020

Disney Channel Fan Fest is returning to Disneyland Resort and expanding to Walt Disney World Resort, from May 2020. Guests will get to meet stars from the Disney Channel.

According to the Disney Parks Blog, the third annual Disney Channel Fan Fest is starting at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure in California on May 9.

In addition, the event is heading to the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival at Walt Disney World Resort for three weekends in May.

These are May 16 to 17, May 23 to 24, and May 30 to 31.

Activities at Disneyland include the ‘QUIZney’ trivia challenge, learn-to-draw sessions with creators from Disney Television Animation, and photo opportunities with Disney Channel stars.

Disney Channel Fan Fest also includes a sneak peek at the upcoming Disney Channel movie Upside-Down Magic, as well as dance parties inspired by Descendants and ZOMBIES.

The parade down Main Street, USA, featuring Disney Channel stars and Disney characters, will be live-streamed on the Disney Parks Blog and Disney Channel YouTube.

Fan Fest events include stars from ZOMBIES 2, Gabby Duran & the Unsittables, Raven’s Home, Just Roll With It, Sydney to the Max, Coop & Cami Ask The World, BUNK’D, Disney Fam Jam, and Upside-Down Magic.

Meanwhile, learn-to-draw sessions will feature the creative teams behind Big City Greens, The Owl House, Amphibia and DuckTales.

Meanwhile, the iconic Cinderella Castle at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park is set to undergo a major, magical transformation.

Disney also teased the new marquee for Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway. The ride debuts on March 4 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort.

Disney will soon announce additional details, talent and the schedule of events for Disney Channel Fan Fest.
