Walt Disney World Resort has unveiled a first look at the new sign for Gusteau’s restaurant, which has been installed at the France pavilion in World Showcase at Epcot, as part of its historic transformation.
Epcot guests on the Disney Skyliner will get a glimpse of the new sign above the France pavilion as they approach or depart the International Gateway station.
Gusteau’s is the famous restaurant, and home of Chef Remy, from Disney and Pixar’s Ratatouille. It will soon be the setting for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure (via Disney Parks Blog).
Opening in summer 2020, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure takes guests on a super-sized adventure aboard special trackless ride vehicles through Gusteau’s restaurant with Chef Remy.

The ride is just one of several new experiences coming to Epcot, including three new films debuting this week (January 17).
‘Awesome Planet’ is a 10-minute film in The Land pavilion, featuring spectacular images, in-theater effects such as wind, scents and water, and an original musical score from composer Steven Price.
‘Canada Far and Wide in Circle-Vision 360’ in the Canada pavilion is an update to the ‘O Canada!’ film, with new scenes and a new musical score by composer Andrew Lockington. It also features new narration from Catherine O’Hara and Eugene Levy.

‘Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along’ in the France pavilion’s Palais du Cinémais is directed and produced by Don Hahn, who produced the animated and live-action ‘Beauty and the Beast’ films. It also features narration from Mrs Potts star Angela Lansbury.
Alongside the sing-along will be a new exhibit at Palais du Cinéma, ‘Tales as Old as Time: French Storytelling on Stage and Screen’.
Last week, Disney shared more information about the Regal Eagle Smokehouse heading to Epcot, revealing it is inspired by The Muppets’ patriotic Sam Eagle.
