More than 12,000 industry professionals from over 100 countries are expected to attend, eager to discover the latest innovations in everything from playgrounds to CRM systems, from F&B to roller coasters.

Many will return specifically for the event’s extensive and diverse education programme. This year, over 80 hours of educational sessions are on offer, including presentations from top European operators on topics such as industry trends, innovative technologies, marketing and communications, entertainment, government relations, safety and security, food and beverage, games and merchandise, facility operations, human resources, and more.

Behind-the-scenes tours of Walibi Holland and more

EAS 2018 presents the ideal opportunity for leisure facilities to learn how to further develop their offering and stay ahead of any changes in the leisure industry landscape. What’s more, participants can also take part in a number of events and behind-the-scenes tours at regional Amsterdam tourism attractions, including Walibi Holland.

Another major draw for attendees will be the chance to network. EAS promises several such occasions with the opportunity to make new connections, share best practices and expand networks across the attractions industry. The EAS 2018 Opening Reception will take place at the Strand Zuid event location, conveniently located directly next to the trade show halls.

With a diverse attractions mix on offer and booming visitor numbers, Amsterdam is seen as the ideal location for Europe’s major trade event for the leisure industry. The Netherlands also has a strong culture of holiday parks, leisure attractions and hospitality.

The RAI Exhibition Centre is located between the airport and the Amsterdam city centre with direct metro and tram connections.
