Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, had a successful visit to the Saudi Entertainment and Amusement Show (SEA) 2020 where the Mobile Wallet dominated the trends.
Embed is pleased to announce that its Mobile Wallet made headlines at SEA 2020, which took place in Riyadh last month. The Mobile Wallet is a breakthrough solution for cashless payments in the FEC industry and was first launched at IAAPA Expo 2019 in Orlando.
“This year’s SEA Show 2020 marked a new chapter at Embed in the Middle East,” says Renee Welsh, CEO, Solutions Group. “With a myriad of new technology breakthrough announcements, like the Mobile Wallet, Mobile Portal and a full dynamic display of our stylish wearable media collections, it was exciting to see Embed’s breakthrough innovations enthusiastically well-received in the Saudi industry at the SEA Show 2020.
“Despite the constant high traffic at our booth, it was refreshing to spend time with existing Embed customers, strengthening our strategic partnerships, as well as welcoming new customers to the Embed family.”
FEC cashless business solution
“We are proud to be the first and only FEC cashless business solution to offer the Mobile Wallet at the SEA Show 2020, and revelling in the enthusiastic response to our new Wearable Media collections from our valued partners, the media and attendees at the show,” says Rosa Tahmaseb, Embed Managing Director, EMEA.
“The Mobile Wallet makes Embed the only non-banking finance-payment or loyalty-card business and brand card that sits in the mobile wallet. Embed readers are the only FEC business solution that is Apple IOS & Google Android approved and compliant. It enables any business currently using the Embed TOOLKIT system (Kiosk, game cards, smartTOUCH readers and range of business solutions) to simply add the Mobile Wallet (Mobile Portal) module to their existing business solution and offering to their customers.”
Highlights from SEA 2020
Welsh presented a session at the SEA Summit entitled “The FEC of the Future”, where she explored the key technology trends and developments in the industry. The talk took place on the second day of the expo and looked at how emerging technologies can reinvent the customer experience, as well as operators’ business models.
Welsh and Tahmaseb were also invited by Al Hokair Group to attend the Al Hokair Networking Event. Here, they met Majed Al Hokair and Mishal Al Hokair, owners of Al Hokair Group and key business leaders in the Entertainment industry in Saudi.
Embed also recently announced that it will be exhibiting at a range of other industry shows and events around the world during 2020.
