Gateway to showcase innovative cloud-based Galaxy Connect at AAE Singapore

News

Leading provider of ticketing software, admission control and revenue generating solutions, Gateway Ticketing Systems®, will be showcasing Galaxy Connect™ at the Asian Attractions Expo in Singapore.

The cloud-based platform is the company’s latest innovation, offering a single endpoint, streamlining integration for both attractions and distributors.

What’s more, Galaxy Connect™ significantly reduces development, maintenance and support costs for companies eager to expand their sales channels through worldwide distribution.

Another new offering worth checking out is Gateway’s customer relationship management solution, CRM Plus | Powered by Galaxy. This offering combines all the purchasing and usage information from its Galaxy® product suite with marketing touchpoints to provide a 360-degree view of guests.

Attendees are invited to visit the Gateway team at Booth #L-621 from 14-16 June, at the Marina Bay Sands, to learn more about the company’s full suite of ticketing, access control, food and beverage, retail and customer relationship management capabilities.

Ahead of AAE, Gateway will be hosting its first Asia-Pacific Galaxy User Group Meeting on 12 June at the Wildlife Reserves Singapore.

Gateway’s popular Galaxy User Group Meetings give customers the opportunity to discuss strategies for growing attendance, increasing revenue and improving the guest experience.

“Our customers value learning from each other and willingly share best practices with each other,” observes Don Eash, Gateway’s Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.

“Bringing the User Group experience to the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region will only help our customers here see greater success.”

Headquartered in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, Gateway Ticketing Systems provides strategic consultation, sales, service and support for point-of-sale and ticketing systems throughout North America and across the world.
