Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, will be showcasing a wide range of solutions at IAAPA Expo Europe in Paris, where it is also a gold sponsor.

Gateway Ticketing Systems is proud to be a gold sponsor of IAAPA Expo Europe, the attractions industry’s premier event in the region. It takes place from the 16th – 19th September, at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in France. Over 15,000 attractions industry professionals are expected to attend the event.

The company will be showcasing several products and solutions, including new features in Galaxy, which now allows members to manage their accounts through a new Membership Portal. The updates will improve the way that Gateway customers communicate with and market to their guests.

Customer-focused solutions

Gateway is also working on integrations with Microsoft Active Directory, Apple Wallet and GBG Loqate. This means customers will be able to maintain guest data integrity.

In addition to this, the company will be highlighting its flexible next-generation custom ticketing and F&B kiosks. These are designed to improve accessibility functionality as well as maintaining data security compliance.

The Gateway team will be on hand to talk about Galaxy ConnectTM, which connects attractions and third-party distributors with a single integration, meaning that operators can sell live tickets globally.

“To date in 2019, Connect customers have sold over $130 million in tickets and over 1.3 million customers have skipped the redemption line and gotten into their attractions sooner,” says Andy Povey, Managing Director of Gateway’s London office. “Connect currently works with 44 online travel agencies, with additional OTAs being added each week.”

Earlier this year, Gateway announced it had been chosen by The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York, to provide ticketing and admission control software.
