Gateway Ticketing User Group Meeting at the Franklin Institute

Global ticketing and CRM solutions provider, Gateway Ticketing Systems’, 23rd annual North American User Group Meeting has begun in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

After the kick-off event at the world-class science museum, the Franklin Institute, today attendees begin a week-long conference to talk about trends in the marketplace, innovative solutions, industry standards and best practices in the attractions space. Gateway’s President and CEO Michael Andre welcomed attendees to the conference.

Galaxy (Gateway’s industry leading software) users from all over the world attend the conference coordinated by Gateway, to share their experiences with the software, learn about recent enhancements, and help plan the future direction of Galaxy. It is a week of industry knowledge, networking with other users and seeing the behind-the-scenes operations of the Franklin Institute, the Museum of the American Revolution and the Eastern State Penitentiary.

“It is one of my favourite weeks out of the year as it’s an opportunity to sit in the room with industry legends from the biggest and best attractions in the world and listen to what they are doing to take their businesses to the next level,” said Jamie Flaherty, Manager of Business Solutions, Gateway Ticketing Systems. “I am still amazed at the willingness to share information for the betterment of the industry during this event.”

This year Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc. is celebrating its 30th anniversary of providing access control, admission control and ticketing software to over 450+ attractions, theme parks, waterparks, tours, zoos, aquariums, museums and historic sites globally.

Their Galaxy product, integrates ticketing, access, resource management, group sales, online ticketing sales, retails, food and beverage, membership management and CRM. The company also provides strategic consultation, sales, service, and support for point-of-sale and ticketing systems worldwide.
