VGS, a leading ticketing software and services company, has been awarded the rights to manage ticketing and access control for Global Village in Dubai.
Global Village, now in its 24th season, is a multicultural festival park – a destination for culture, shopping, eating and entertainment, showcasing pavilions and cultures from all over the world. It operates over 159 days and expects to welcome over 7 million visitors this year.
VGS has provided guests at Global Village with a seamless and unified guest experience through its advanced system design. The company’s software product ‘SnApp’ is capable of comprehensively managing the entire sales and distribution lifecycle, across multiple sites.
The flexibility in the SnApp product, combined with VGS’ decades of industry experience, makes the company an ideal partner for Global Village. There are already plans to implement new SnApp technologies for future seasons.
