Visitors to Europe’s largest flower garden this spring will enjoy an enhanced tiptoe through the tulips thanks to a new tour guide by Imagineear.

Rapidly making a name for itself in the museum, sports and leisure sectors, Imagineear produced the new tour for its Dutch client, Tours and Tickets. The guide will be available as part of a bus tour which takes visitors from Amsterdam to the Keukenhof park, located amidst colourful tulip fields near Haarlem.

keukenhof gardens logoKeukenhof is only open to the public for eight weeks in spring each year. The park contains over seven million flowers and is world famous for its dazzling display of tulips.

Bulb farms are usually out of bounds to the public, so the Tours and Ticketsā€™ itinerary offers a rare opportunity to visit and photograph the vibrant rows of tulips close-up.

Keukenhof tour available in 16 languages

Designed to be both informative and entertaining, the tour guide has been recorded in 16 languages including Dutch, English and Greek. The wide range of languages reflects the broad appeal of this spectacular attraction which draws thousands to The Netherlands every year.

The choice of Imagineear was a no-brainer for Tours and Tickets which already has a proven relationship with the company:

ā€˜Imagineear has previously created multiple texts and recordings for the companyā€™s popular canal boat and City Sightseeing bus routes in 19 different languages,ā€™ explains Eleonore Heijboer, Imagineearā€™s Creative Director. Heijboer was responsible for overseeing the creation of these tours, as well as the new flower garden tour.

Imagineear is a leading provider of multimedia content and apps for cultural, leisure and sport attractions. The company’s handheld devices and tailormade, interactive tours are enhancing the visitor experience at some of the world’s most-visited venues. These include the Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam, the Kennedy Space Center, Florida, and London’s Wembley Stadium. The company has also just been shortlisted for the Sports Business Awards 2018.
