The Asian Attractions Expo (AAE) in Hong Kong is just weeks away and over 300 companies are preparing to showcase their latest innovations and services at the biggest event for the attractions industry in the Asia-Pacific region.

Over 8000 industry professionals will be gathering at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre from more than 50 countries and regions.

Top international manufacturer and supplier companies will be unveiling cutting-edge products, services, and technology on the AAE 2018 trade show floor, offering new opportunities for parks, attractions, and facilities.

The latest interactive technologies will no doubt prove a big draw as they continue to evolve at pace. Asian audiences have been among the most eager to embrace everything the latest tech has to offer. According to IAAPA, products and services on display are set to include state-of-the-art rides, motion simulators, virtual reality, water attractions, video and skill games, theming, technology, food-and-beverage innovations, and more.

6000 industry buyers will be looking for the ‘wow’ factor

At this year’s event, 6,000 attractions industry buyers from around the world will be on the look-out for new ways to offer the ‘wow’ factor. These include owners and top-level decision-makers from theme and amusement parks, attractions, water parks, family entertainment centres, zoos, aquariums, science centres, museums, real estate development companies, and more.

Attendees will be aiming to leave with heads full of new ideas for entertaining their guests and growing their individual businesses. And, thanks to a full  programme of educational sessions, they will take away new learnings, too.

Last but not least is the range of networking opportunities on offer. These are the moments when new connections are established and experiences are shared to help drive businesses forward into the future.

The Asian Attractions Expo 2018 runs from 5th to 8th June at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong, China.
