The British Association of Leisure, Parks, Piers and Attractions (BALPPA) will once again partner with Insight6 to support the Excellence Awards judging programme.
Insight6 will be providing mystery shopper reports on all of the finalists before BALPPA announces the winners in November.
Judging has now taken place and finalists can expect to be visited any time up to November 14th.
Insight6 performed the same service for the inaugural Excellence Awards last year. The company says it was impressed with BALPPA members’ commitment to best practice, health & safety, exceptional customer service and professionalism, in an industry that continues to expand at pace.
Excellence in customer experience ‘a key measure’

The Awards Dinner will be held at Drayton Manor Hotel on 26th November from 7pm. The BALPPA Leisure, Fec & Indoor Play Trade Expo takes place from 9.30am to 4.30pm on the same day .
