The interactive attractions and audiovisual specialist Lagotronics Projects will be celebrating its 40th year in business at all three IAAPA Expos this year. First up is IAAPA Expo Asia in Shanghai from June 12 to 14.

The Dutch company will be exhibiting on booth #2122 during the event at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. There to meet with clients old and new will be CEO Mark Beumers, president Carlo Görtjes and colleagues from Lagotronics Projects’ Shanghai office.

Marking its anniversary with the hashtag #40YearsOfFun, the firm will showcase its increasingly wide range of interactive experiences and projects. From dark rides in theme parks to immersive interactive experiences for FECs, museums and experience centres, all boast what Lagotronics calls ‘the show factor’. It has also worked on a number of virtual reality and augmented reality projects.

One of the company’s latest installations in Asia was an interactive dark ride at Nagashima Spa Land in Japan – as pictured here. Named Farm de Bang Bang, the attraction features Lagotronics Projects’ Farm Fair game/IP, originally used on its GameChanger revolving dark ride.

Meanwhile Lagotronics Projects is working with the Dutch educational attraction CORPUS as it develops a new visitor experience in China. The company will install all the audiovisual and show control equipment for the attraction, which is set to open in Ma’anshan, near Nanjing, in summer 2020.

Another recent project, this time in the Middle East, was a GameChanger at the new Tekzone FEC in Kuwait.

A warm welcome is promised to all who stop by the booth in Shanghai to celebrate #40YearsOfFun. Lagotronics Projects will also be participating in September’s IAAPA Expo Europe in Paris and the flagship IAAPA Expo in Orlando during November.
