There was non-stop booth traffic and Virtual Rabbids: The Big Ride stole the show when LAI Games exhibited recently at Amusement Expo International in Las Vegas.
The three-day event (March 26 to 28) for the family entertainment centre (FEC) sector comprises both a conference and trade show. Virtual Rabbids again drew large crowds to the booth of LAI Games and provoked hilarious rider reactions.
Created in partnership with developer Ubisoft, the virtual reality attraction features six immersive adventures suitable for all ages. Using state-of-the-art technology including a D-BOX motion platform, HTC Vive headsets, dynamic wind simulation and hi-fi audio, the award-winning game has proved a hit with guests and operators alike. Operated and serviced like a traditional coin-op ride, it is suitable for FECs and leisure venues whatever their size.
LAI Games’ launch online parts store
LAI Games also used Amusement Expo as a launch pad for its new online parts store, offering a 10% discount code to booth visitors. Because of the great response at the show, that offer has been extended. Sign up to the LAI Games newsletter by April 12 to take advantage.
LAI Games is a subsidiary of Helix Leisure, whose other brands include Embed and The Locker Network.
