Virtual Rabbids: The Big Ride launches at IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando.

Award-winning manufacturer LAI Games, a subsidiary of Helix Leisure, is displaying an industry first in Florida this week.

Virtual Rabbids: The Big Ride takes away the need for attendants.  It’s the first VR attraction that operates like any other coin-op amusement game.  It’s an obvious boon to smaller venues as it makes high-quality VR accessible to venues of all sizes.

The Big Ride has been created in partnership with pioneering video game developer Ubisoft.  The ride features the mighty global Rabbids brand, offering three thrilling experiences that are suitable for all ages.

The experience is aimed at both veteran enthusiasts and first-time users alike.  Riders are immersed in amazing 360 ̊ vision with action occurring in each direction.  Each ride is a completely original experience.

Riders can choose from one of three unique ride experiences.  Players face the audience, adding a further dimension as the audience get to see their reactions as they ride. Each seat is monetized for maximum earning capability and rider safety, making it a winner with operators.

The ride uses state-of-the-art technology.  A D-Box motion platform, HTC Vive headsets, dynamic wind simulation and hi-fi audio combine to create an unforgettable experience for riders.

LAI Games has its largest booth ever at the Expo.  It is also displaying its current games hits that include AMOA Innovator Award-winners Let’s Bounce, HYPERshoot and the Snapshot 2 photo booth.  In addition it showcases other great games from its catalogue, including Speed of Light, Mega Colour Match, and Shooting Mania.

LAI Games, a subsidiary of Helix Leisure, has been at the forefront of the interactive entertainment and game industry for over 50 years. The company is dedicated to bringing innovative and high income-producing games to the global market.
