Magic Memories launches new mobile platform MyMemories to increase guest engagement

Magic Memories, a global leader in experience capture for the attractions industry, has launched a new mobile platform called MyMemories, designed to enhance the digital guest experience.

Magic Memories is proud to announce the launch of MyMemories, a new mobile platform that is designed to increase engagement and revenue, while also enhancing the digital experience for guests. 83% of consumers report that sharing photos of memorable experiences online is important to them, and this new platform has been created to meet the demand for easily sharable images and video.

MyMemories is easy to use and allows guests to access content while visiting an attraction, giving them the opportunity to buy and share memories from their mobile device. Guests can do this during their visit, or afterwards, by scanning their QR code.

Personalised content

Guests are able to return to the platform after their visit and are not limited to only purchasing digital content while on-site at the attraction. This means that MyMemories can increase revenue and reach a larger audience, giving them more opportunities to access content.

MyMemories also allows attractions to deliver personalised campaigns, extra content and targeted offers, therefore improving their experience and encouraging more brand engagement.
