Magic Memories, a global leader in experience capture for the attractions industry, has announced its continued investment and growth across North America.

Magic Memories is pleased to announce that it is experiencing continued investment and growth across North America, with nine partners re-signing over the last three months. This includes well-known brands and attractions such as Jelly Belly, Merlin Orlando, the NASCAR Hall of Fame and Houston Aquarium.

During 2019, the company has been investing heavily in new technology to improve all points of the guest journey, in order to provide a memorable and engaging experience that keeps up with the latest innovations in the sector.

The latest offer from Magic Memories is a new mobile platform called MyMemories, designed to improve guests’ digital experience while increasing engagement and revenue. Through MyMemories, visitors can continue to access and purchase digital products once they have left the attraction, meaning that operators can engage with their audience for a longer period of time.

The company works with a range of partners, both across North America and around the globe, helping them to engage more meaningfully with their guests at all points, from pre-visit to post-visit as well as during the experience. It provides quality content, through user-friendly and intuitive channels. Partners enjoy increased revenue and more guest engagement, as well as significant sharing of their brand on social media.

“We’re delighted to have seen such a high number of extended partnerships in North America across the last three months. This really proves the importance of continued investment into new products and technologies to create a platform that meets the needs of guests, today and into the future,” says Magic Memories’ CEO, Chris Warhurst.

“By thoroughly understanding our partners’ goals for the guest experience, as well as the brand, we are able to create compelling, engaging content that will really surprise guests. By getting this mix right, our partners are able to benefit from much higher guest participation, increased social sharing of the brand and the ability to create new revenue streams like never before.”

Magic Memories recently announced that it has agreed on a new partnership with SlotZilla, a zipline experience in downtown Las Vegas, above Fremont Street Experience.
