Mobaro, a provider of online maintenance and safety solutions, has launched a new feature package to help attractions professionals safeguard quality in their safety, maintenance and operations processes.

Mobaro is pleased to announce the launch of its new feature, Advanced Compliance Management (ACM), which will assist operators in increasing the accuracy and assurance of their safety, maintenance and operations processes. The company has been uniting these processes into one software platform since 2015 and now has over 100 attraction clients using its system.

“These days, all eyes are on safety,” says Henrik F. Have, CEO at Mobaro. “Now more than ever, it is necessary to be attentive to details and behaviour on all levels of your business. That’s why we are particularly excited to present the industry with this new set of features.

“Attractions will be able to reach unprecedented levels of compliance and certainty that all aspects of are being tended to, from ride maintenance to health and cleaning protocols.”

Bringing managers into the loop

Mobaro’s self-service content-building and easy distribution of inspection and work orders make it an ideal digital tool for handling safety, maintenance and operations routines in attractions. Now, the company’s latest package takes the system to the next level.

ACM gives operators an overview of available jobs. It can prompt when a user is too far from the site inspected, using GPS, as well as alerting operators to missed deadlines or when they are working too fast.  This update also gives managers a way to ‘inspect the inspection’, supporting a ‘Four-eyes principle’ or ‘Two-man rule’.

“In order to improve and ensure the quality of inspections, we realized that we needed to create a whole new workflow that starts when the inspection ends,” says Morten Kristensen, Senior Developer at Mobaro.

Thanks to ACM, managers can review inspections, and also have the ability to approve, disapprove, invalidate or re-schedule entire inspection runs.

In addition, Mobaro’s system offers detailed documentation for inspection bodies or in the event of a liability claim. Operators can access high levels of detail from the built-in archive of reports, which holds all entries from every inspection.

Earlier this year, the company also announced that it has been selected by Hersheypark to digitise the park’s safety, maintenance and operations routines.
